DISC GOLF. Santa Cruz River Park Disc Golf Course. The Tucson Chain Lightning Disc Golf Club holds informal tournaments every Sunday at 3 p.m. Players of all levels, including novices, are welcome. Loaner discs are available at tournaments. Call Dave at 791-3845 for more information.

SONORAN DESERT MOUNTAIN BYCYCLISTS. Author Phil Varney guides the ride through and around the ruins of the ghost town of Sasco January 27. The beginner/intermediate, 15-mile ride meets at 7:30 a.m. between Wendy's and Circle K on the northeast corner of Orange Grove and Thornydale roads. Call Chuck Cook at 885-3069 for details.
ULTIMATE FRISBEE. The Tucson Ultimate Frisbee Club announces free, co-ed pick-up games at Himmel Park, starting about two hours before sunset every Sunday. It also organizes leagues and tournaments throughout the year, and there's a club at the UA for students. All skill levels are welcome.
