Congress St. Low, a poet, composer and writer of performance pieces, essays, plays and radio works, reads January 27 at 7 p.m. Admission is $3 and $5. In addition, he offers a free workshop January 28 from 1 to 3 p.m. at St. Philip's in the Hills' vestry room on the northeast corner of River Road and Campbell Avenue. Siler will sign her new book, Iced, which is a mystery set in Missoula, Mont. and features ex-con and repo woman Meg Gardner, January 31 from 5 to 7 p.m. Admission is free.
