BUYING FICTION AND POETRY. The Missing Fez, a quarterly publication of anomalous and otherwise abnormal writing, is accepting submissions for its winter 2000 issue. HOLOCAUST POETRY AND PHOTO CONTEST. The Hillel Foundation is seeking entries for its Holocaust Memorial Poetry and Photo Contest. This year's theme is From Darkness to Light: Finding Hope and Tolerance. The contest is open to high school and college students as well as college grads.
