GAY AND LESBIAN FORUM. Wingspan. 300 E. Sixth St. Wingspan sponsors a public forum highlighting issues affecting lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community members from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, June 29. The meeting includes discussions on obtaining partner benefits and a new law extending domestic violence protection to homosexual couples. Admission is free. Call 624-1779 for details.

TUCSON COMPUTER SOCIETY. Potential members of the TCS are invited to attend a series of meetings during a free three-month trial period. The Computer Professionals Group meets 7 a.m. Thursday, June 29, at Sportsman Café, 2933 E. Grant Road, and the Internet Group meets at 9 a.m. at the Tucson Computer Society, 4444 E. The Friends of Family History Land and Los Descendientes del Presidio de Tucson offer a variety of seminars at 1:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays in June.
