STAFF PICK: The delectable and complex flavors of Morocco took up residence a few months ago at Nomads, where a stunning selection of entrées and salads featuring nuts, couscous, grilled meats and savory vegetables heady with cumin, coriander and cinnamon have already won over hordes of new followers. Outstanding food, a cozy space (in the west end of Plaza Palomino, at Fort Lowell Road) and exceptionally gracious hosts make dining here a pure delight.
