MONSOON MADNESS. This weekly outdoor music showcase continues its fourth season on Thursday, July 1, with Willis and Joey Apollo. The bands get under way at 7 p.m. at Winsett Park, 316 N. Fourth Ave.
SUMMERSET SUITE CONCERT SERIES. St. Philip's Plaza. Campbell Ave. and River Road. The Tucson Jazz Society continues this year's concert series with Irvin Mayfield from 8 to 11 p.m. on Saturday, July 3. STRING PLAYERS WANTED. The Civic Orchestra of Tucson, a 60-piece volunteer symphony orchestra starting its 24th season, needs violin, viola, cello, and especially bass players.
