WINTERHAVEN FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS. Arizona Stagecoach Adventures offers horse-drawn wagon, trolley and carriage rides through the Winterhaven Festival of Lights. Rides leave on the hour from 6 to 9 p.m., from the red stagecoach on Country Club Road, 100 feet north of Fort Lowell.
