Opening This Week

Listings ARIZONA REPERTORY THEATRE. UA Laboratory Theatre, southeast corner of Park Avenue and Speedway. Opening with a preview performance June 18 and continuing through June 23: I Hate Hamlet, by Paul Rudnick. Show time is 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, with matinees at 1:30 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. The Preview performance is at 7:30 p.m., and tickets are $8. INDIGO PLAYWORKS. The Rex Ranch. One mile east of Amado on I-19 south from Tucson. For one night only, Saturday, June 13: Thine Eyes, a one-act play by Mary Caroline Rogers. ARIZONA YOUTH THEATRE. 5671 E. Speedway. Continuing through June 27: Tom Sawyer. Performances are at 8 p.m. Friday, and 11 a.m., 2 and 4 p.m. Saturday. Appropriate for audience members ages 4 to adult. Tickets are $6, $4 for children, with complimentary tickets available to nonprofit organizations. Reservations are required. GASLIGHT THEATRE. 7010 E. Broadway. Continuing through August 15: Beach Blanket Bee Bop. Performances are at 7 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday, with additional shows at 9:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 3 p.m. Sunday. Select Tuesday evening performances are also offered. AUDITION NOTICE. The Arizona Theater Company announces general season auditions for Equity actors from 5 to 6 p.m. Friday, and 11 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 12 and 13. Auditions for non-Equity actors are from 6 to
