Opening June 12 and continuing through June 28: Mercury Productions presents The Tucson Shakespeare Festival, featuring a 1950s sci-fi version of The Merry Wives of Windsor, and a cyberpunk Measure for Measure. The Merry Wives of Windsor begins the festival with performances at 7:30 p.m. June 12, 13, 14, 20, 21 and 26, and 2 o'clock matinees June 15 and 28. Performances of Measure for Measure are 7:30 p.m. June 18, 19, 25, 27 and 28, with 2 o'clock matinees June 21 and 22. Single tickets are $10, $8 students and seniors, or $17 and $13 for both performances, available at Antigone Books.
