COUNTRY-Q. Green Fields Country Day School. 6000 N. Camino de la Tierra. Tucson Junior Strings presents the six-time Arizona Adult Fiddling Champion, Peter Rolland, on Sunday, May 25. This down-home country barbecue begins at 4 p.m., and also features performances by the Tucson Junior Strings Chamber Orchestra, and delicious vittles by Jack's Barbecue. OUT OF THIS WORLD. Hit Zia Records' 17th Anniversary Party for a far out, free, all-ages show featuring some of Arizona's most stellar performers. STICKY AND SWEET. St. Philip's Plaza. 2480 N. Campbell Ave. The Tucson Jazz Society presents its annual Super Jam from 6 to 10 p.m. Sunday, May 25. More than 50 of Tucson's most gifted musicians will perform, including: Jeff Haskell and John Dorman, The Lee Gardner Trio, Descarga, Xavier Marquez and Out of Nowhere, Sounds of Brazil, J.J. UNDER THE STARS. The Tucson Parks and Recreation Department presents the Tucson Pops Orchestra's Music Under The Stars series, continuing Sunday, May 25. Future dates include June 1, 8, and 15. Performances are at 7:30 p.m. at the DeMeester Outdoor Performance Center in Reid Park. To avoid parking problems, a free shuttle service leaves the west end of the El Con Mall parking lot beginning at 5:30 p.m. Call 791-4079 for information.
