Listings BILL T. JONES/ARNIE ZANE DANCE COMPANY. Centennial Hall. 1020 E. University Blvd. UA Presents Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company, at 8 p.m. Saturday, April 18. There is a pre-performance "Arts Encounters" discussion of Jones' work at 7:15 p.m. in room 101 of the Douglass Building. Tickets are $25, all seats reserved, with discounts for faculty, staff, students with ID and children under 18. The Zenith Dance Collective presents A Spring Choreographer's Showcase, featuring the work of several Collective members and independent artists, at 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, April 16 through 18. AFRICAN DANCE. Learn the movements of dance from Guinea, Senegal, Nigeria and Afro-Brazilian and Cuban regions with teacher Denise Hawthorne Bey. You'll also learn the intricacies of the music, and the traditional songs and their meanings. Classes meet at 7 p.m. Wednesdays. Cost is $10 general, $8 for students, and $5 for kids grades K through 12. The location of the classes has recently changed. Call 623-8231 for new location information.

AUDITION NOTICE. The Isis Dance Theater Company is holding auditions for intermediate to advanced ballet, jazz and/or modern dancers over age 30 for forthcoming fall and spring productions. The company is also looking for actors and singers over age 30 for an original, one-act musical production. Auditions are by appointment only, and will continue until all positions are filled.
