Listings ARTFEST. The fifth-annual Artfest of Tucson takes place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, April 10 and 11, at Rillito Park, River Road and First Ave. Enjoy music by Grady Soiné, Markahuasi and Paul Reeder and Mark Maxwell. Nearly 150 artists and craftsmen display their work. There are also rides and supervised art activities for children.

BLENMAN ELM HOME TOUR. This tour features eleven homes, a neighborhood vintage shop and the newly landscaped City of Tucson Water Department well site from 12:30 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 11. Tickets are $6 and are available at 12:30 p.m. the day of the tour at Grace St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 2331 E. Adams St.

BOOK FAIR. Tucson Symphony Center. 2175 N. Sixth Ave. The Acorn Antique Guild, LC, presents their annual Antiquarian Book Fair to benefit the Tucson Symphony Orchestra 5 to 9 p.m. on Friday, April 9 and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 10. FARMERS' MARKET. St. Philip's Plaza, River Road and Campbell Avenue. Every Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. more than 20 vendors sell fresh produce, teas, honey, jams, lemon curd, bread, smoked beef and more.

FLANDRAU SCIENCE CENTER. UA campus. 621-STAR. The April shows are: In Search of New Worlds, Under Arizona Skies, Adventures in the Solar System, Our Place in Space and Light Years from Andromeda. Exhibit admission is $3, $2 for children 14 and under, or free with a theater ticket purchase. Telescope viewing is free. Daytime exhibit hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Sunday; evening hours are 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. FOOD FAIR. Visit Plaza Palomino, on the corner of Fort Lowell and Swan roads, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Saturdays for their gourmet food fairs. There are more than 45 vendors with organic veggies and fruits, breads, salmon, Arizona emu, fresh-cut flowers and lots of tasty samples. Call 795-1177 for information.

GOURMET ART MARKETPLACE. St. Philip's Plaza Courtyard, River Road and Campbell Avenue. Edibles and kitchen-art collectibles by more than 20 Arizona artists are on display from 1 to 5:30 p.m. every Thursday. Call 299-7617 for information.

HOLOCAUST COMMEMORATION. Jewish Community Center. 3800 E. River Road. The public is cordially invited to the 1999 Yom Hashoah-Tucson Community Holocaust Commemoration at 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 11. The keynote speaker this year is Inge Auerbacher.

HOME SHOW. TCC. 260 S. Church Ave. Enjoy the 27th-Annual SAHBA Home and Patio Show April 8 through 11. Doors are open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $7.

ITALIAN DINNER. St. Andrew's Church. 545 S. Fifth Ave. Enjoy this gourmet five course Italian dinner, including wine and dessert, to benefit the Frensdorff House, which provides transitional shelter, support and training for single mothers with their infants. MAT BEVEL COMPANY. Mat Bevel Institute. 530 N. Stone Ave. Mat Bevel presents Hostage and the Host, a solo spectacle of art with a cast of moving parts, April 9 through April 18. Performances are at 8 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Admission is $6. Call 622-0192 for information.

POETRY CONTEST. The Tucson Arts District in Residence Greg Louneau presents a magnetic poetry contest from 7 to 10 p.m. on April 17 at the Ronstadt Center during Downtown Saturday Night.
