ARCHAEOLOGY TOURS. The Center for Desert Archaeology offers group or individual tours of the significant sites in the Tucson Basin. Choose from ancient rock art, Hohokam ballcourt villages and more. Call 885-6283 for information, reservations requested 24 hours in advance.

Listings ARROWHEAD WORKSHOP. Old Pueblo Archaeology Center. 1000 E. Fort Lowell Road. Allen Denoyer presents an arrowhead-making and flintknapping workshop from
9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, March 13. The fee is $16 , with a 20% discount for Center members. Call 798-1201 at least one day in advance for reservations.

BIODIVERSITY WALKS. The Southwest Center for Biological Diversity offers "biodiversity" walks at 9 a.m. the last Sunday of every month. Call Shane Jimerfield at 623-5252, ext. 302, for reservations and directions.

SABINO CANYON VOLUNTEER NATURALISTS. Enjoy free weekly activities at Sabino Canyon, continuing through the month of April. Activities include guided nature walks and panning for sand rubies. Call 513-0231 for information.

TOHONO CHUL PARK. 7366 N. Paseo del Norte. 742-6455. Regular "Walk in the Park" tours, an overview of the park's 48 acres and its flora and fauna, are offered at
9 a.m. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and at 1 p.m. Sunday. "Art in the Park" tours, docent-guided looks at gallery exhibits, are at 11 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday and
2 p.m. Sunday. The park offers additional guided tours for your enjoyment. "Birds of Tohono Chul" provides opportunities to observe the many species frequenting the park, and meets at 8 a.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Grounds are open from 7 a.m. to sunset daily. Exhibit hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Greenhouse hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. Admission is $2. TUCSON VOLKSSPORT. Join the Tucson Volkssport Klub for a 10-km, non-competitive walk in Sahuarita on Saturday, March 13. Registration begins at 9 a.m. and continues through noon at Anamax Park, 17501 S. Camino de las Quintas, Sahuarita. Starts are from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Call 722-9530 for information.

WAREHOUSE DISTRICT WALKING TOURS. Walking tours of Tucson's Warehouse Historic District continue every second Saturday, through April 1999. The tour groups meet at 8:50 a.m. in the lobby of the Hotel Congress, 311 E. Congress St., with tours beginning at
9 a.m. and lasting approximately one and one-half hours. Hosted by an expert on the history of the area, the free tours cover a section of approximately one mile and include an overview of the area's history and brief visits to several artist's studios. Groups are limited to approximately 20. Participants should dress comfortably and plan to be outdoors for the majority of the tour. RSVP to 624-9977 by 5 p.m. on the Thursday prior to the tour date.
