BOTANICAL GARDENS. The Tucson Botanical Gardens, 2150 N. Alvernon Way. Upcoming classes offer relaxing and educational fun: Make your own herb teas with Medicinal Tea Making, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, January 31. Class is $8, $6 for TBG members. Landscape designer Margaret West will help you create your own landscape plan at 7 p.m. Mondays, February 2 through 23. Class is $38, $34 TBG members. TBG's Native Cooking class offers an introduction to the versatility and unique qualities of many edible Native American plants, and their preparation. Class meets from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, February 7. Cost is $30, $25 for TBG members. Pre-registration is required for all classes. Call 326-9255 for reservations and information.

Listings CASA DEL AGUA. 4366 N. Stanley Place. The Casa del Agua is a demonstration and education project operated by Arid Lands Studies at the University of Arizona. It includes information about indoor water conservation, xeriscape, rainwater harvesting, and graywater systems. Free tours are offered on the hour from noon to 4 p.m. Sundays, excluding holidays.
