Wildflower Festival

When: Sun., March 27, 12-4 p.m. 2011

Enjoy native plants, desert gardening ephemera and other collectibles, education, local foods and a silent auction of unique artwork and keepsakes by local craftspeople, painters, photographers, jewelry artists and quilters, at a festival from noon to 4 p.m., Sunday, March 27. Native blessing by Northwind and Sacredfire. Snacks by Crescendo Catering. Seed planting, traditional paper flower-making, shopping in Crafted, Cristina Cardenas exhibit, historic house tour. Proceeds benefit the community programs of Arts Marketplace and the historic Charles O. Brown house Courtyard renovation. Free; donations appreciated.
