Master meditation teacher and Buddhist monk Ajahn Sarayut teaches beginning meditation from 3 to 4:30 p.m., every Sunday; followed by silent meditation from 6 to 7:45 p.m. Gentle yoga classes take place from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m., every Monday. Free. Community chanting and meditation takes place from 5 to 6:15 p.m., Tuesday. A Buddhist study group meets from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday.
