Tucson Aquaponics Project

Aquaponics is a method of raising fish and plants together to achieve sustainable food independence for families and communities. Introduction to the method and related resources takes place from 10 to 11 a.m., Saturday, March 26, at Kirk-Bear Canyon Library (8959 E. Tanque Verde Road); and from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., Sunday, March 27, at the Nanini Branch Library (7300 N. Shannon Road). Free. Call 290-5939, or visit tucsonap.org for more information.
