The Cup Café, in the historic Hotel Congress, is part of a longstanding Tucson tradition and definitely should not be overlooked. The food is prepared with care and precision, and the flavors are balanced and delicious. Don’t forget dessert from the rotating case of tantalizing, and ever-changing, sweets. Reservations are strongly recommended and are definitely needed for a weekend breakfast/brunch. (2-14-13)
