A fundraising dinner highlights the diversity of heritage agriculture and food traditions in the Santa Cruz Valley from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 20; $75. The event includes presentations by three-time Tucson Iron Chef Ryan Clark of Lodge on the Desert, and Jim McManus of Walking J Farm. The meal features dishes by Clark, Little Cafe Poca Cosa, Isabella's Ice Cream, and beer, wine and whiskey tastings, as well as a silent auction and music by Salvador Duran.
