Prickly Pear Processing and Fermenting

Prickly-pear fruit is harvested and processed into soups, sauces, ferments and drinks in a workshop from 8 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Aug. 10; $40 to $65 (sliding scale) includes a desert feast.
