A girl at a local water park accused a man of pretending to trip so he could put his face near her breasts, according to a Pima County Sheriff's Department report.
The girl claimed a man in his 40s first propositioned her at Justin's Water World, 3551 S. San Joaquin Road, but walked away when she asked him to repeat himself, she told deputies.
She said he later pretended to trip as he walked by her and came very close to touching her chest with his face. Two of the girl's friends corroborated her story.
Deputies talked to the man, who said he was happily married and denied any wrongdoing.
Authorities told both parties they would have to follow up on the case later. The girl's father said he wanted to make "a citizen's arrest" of the suspect, but deputies told him there was no such thing.

East Benson Highway and South Alvernon Way, June 1, 2:30 p.m.
Deputies arrested an alleged thief who was wearing a bushy wig in an apparent attempt to disguise himself from market employees, a PCSD report said.
An employee at Choice Market, 3650 E. Benson Highway, said that the man, who was known for shoplifting, placed cheese and beer in his pockets. De-wigged by another person, the man ran away, the report stated.
The store owner provided authorities with the suspect's name. Deputies knew where he lived because of numerous calls concerning fights between the man and his girlfriend, and they found him hiding in a hollow space in the bed's headboard, in the master bedroom of his trailer, the report said.
Deputies arrested the man on six charges, including assault for allegedly hitting the person who removed his wig.
Low-Speed Pursuit
East Speedway and North Country Club Road, June 8, 9:32 p.m.
According to a University of Arizona Police Department report, an officer chased down an allegedly drunken driver--on foot.
The man reportedly drove at and around an officer who was in the road directing traffic. The officer ran after the vehicle and slapped the driver's side window, prompting him to stop.
The driver's eyes were bloodshot; his car smelled of alcohol; and an open can of Budweiser was in a cup holder, the report alleged.
Asked why flashing a flashlight and yelling didn't make him stop, the driver, who was reportedly drooling out of the right side of his mouth and slurring, answered, "What?"
Authorities arrested him on a charge of driving under the influence.
