BOOBY TRAP

SOUTH CARDINAL AVENUE

APRIL 13, 2:51 P.M.

A middle school girl was bullied in an odd manner, according to a Pima County Sheriff's Department report.

The alleged victim, a student at Pistor Middle School, said she had been in physical-education class when another girl approached her and started talking about body fat.

Next, the girl then grabbed the victim's hair and pulled her around. While trying to free herself, the victim said she accidentally elbowed her assailant in the chest, at which point the girl commanded the victim to "kiss her boob."

The victim refused, but the other girl grabbed her head and forced it near her chest, and then began biting the victim on the neck. The reportee said she was bitten at least five times. While being interviewed, she held an ice pack to her neck; the deputy interviewing her could see several painful-looking red welts.

The alleged attacker admitted trying to force the reportee to "kiss her boob," but said she told the victim she loved her immediately afterward and was "just joking around." She said she realized that what she had done was wrong.

She was handcuffed and taken into custody.

GANG-BANGER BANGING

SOUTH MISSION ROAD

APRIL 17, 1:30 A.M.

An apparent gang member and self-dubbed police murderer caused a commotion at a southwest-side convenience store, a PCSD report stated.

While pulling into the Circle K parking lot at Mission and Drexel roads, the reporting deputy observed a teenage male screaming obscenities at a gray-colored sedan leaving the lot. The deputy identified the subject as a gang member based on his attire and hand gestures—and the fact that the teen identified himself as such while yelling.

When the deputy told him to settle down, the subject bellowed that he was a "cop killer" and said the deputy was a "bitch" who was "on his block." The teen began to yell obscenities, repeatedly throwing gang signs and lifting his shirt to expose his waistband while declaring himself a killer. He then made his hand into the shape of a gun and pulled an imaginary trigger, yelling, "Pow, pow, fuck you, pig!"

He was reportedly causing customers to leave the Circle K in a hurry.

The deputies handcuffed him and put him in their patrol vehicle, at which point the subject began to repeatedly bang his head on the car's windows. He was advised to stop before he hurt himself, and while he eventually complied, he continued to be belligerent and repeat that "karma's a bitch" throughout the ride to jail.

He was determined to be an intoxicated minor.
