People of Color Festival 

When: Sat., Sept. 10, 8 a.m.-1 p.m. 2011
Entertainment, games, food, health and safety exhibits, workshops, health screenings, door prizes, performances by students of Pistor Middle School and activities for kids are featured at an event hosted by the Coalition for African American Health and Wellness from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 10. The theme is "Access to Care," and presentations focus on mental health, suicide prevention, nutrition and Alzheimer's disease. Visit caahw.org, or call 471-6481 for more information.
