Vegetarian Kielbasa

The cart is located at the downtown library plaza, on the corner of Stone Avenue and Pennington Street, weekdays from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The cart operator is like a character right off of the streets of New York, with boundless enthusiasm and charm. The cart offers kielbasa and spicy Italian sausage, served on organic buns. Customers can choose from an assortment of condiments along with chips, natural sodas and vegan chocolate chip cookies.
