Tucson resident and UA graduate Christopher Wright is opening the first local Jimmy Johns Gourmet Sandwich Shop franchise with a benefit for Tu Nidito. Ka-ching for Chang's

Revenues for P.F. Chang's China Bistro increased 31 percent to $151.3 million for the fourth quarter of 2003, up from $115.9 million in the same quarter of 2002. P.F. Chang's accounted for $134.6 million, while fast-casual sister franchise Pei Wei Asian Diner accounted for $16.7 million of the consolidated revenues.
