King of Crustaceans
On Oct. 25, Monterey Homes' Canoa Ranch of Green Valley hosts the 16th annual Lobsters Landing--a fund-raiser benefiting Child and Family Resources, a local nonprofit organization. Maine lobsters will be cooked on site by professional chefs, and you can get tips on how to cook your own. Packages include chardonnay, salad fixings, clarified butter and other complimenting foods.
