Tune in to Tucson's most delicious hour of radio.

BAKE IT DON'T FAKE IT

Don Guerra of local bakery Barrio Bread Company is teaching a class on bread baking. Learn everything you need to know about baking perfect bread like Barrio's at home. Class is held through the UA's Continuing and Professional Education program on March 30. Course cost is $59, nothing for the lifetime of bread knowledge you get. Visit cearizona.augusoft.net/, Barrio's Facebook page or Facebook.com/barrio.bread.

SCHRIER'S SPORTS GRILL

A new joint opened up in the revolving door that is 1118 E. Sixth St., former home to Aussie Cantina, Belushi's and a bevy of other endeavors. Schrier's Sports Grill opened on Dec. 5. As the name suggests, they focus on sports, which being a stone's throw from the UA football stadium is probably a good concept. I can not seem to find a menu online, so I will have to go down and try it out and let you guys know!
