What was the first concert you ever saw?

Awesomely enough, my first concert was MC Hammer! I was like 9, and he came here to perform at the Tucson Convention Center. His opening acts were Vanilla Ice and En Vogue! I was totally bummed, though, because Vanilla Ice canceled his appearance at the last second. It was a good concert, though; there were all these animatronic hammers and pyrotechnics.

What CDs are in your changer right now?

Santogold, Santogold; Goldfrapp, Seventh Tree; M.I.A. Kala; Scissor Sisters, Ta-Dah; Alice in Chains, Greatest Hits; Robyn, Robyn; Madonna, Hard Candy; Fischerspooner, The Best Revenge EP.

How many total albums do you own (CDs, vinyl, cassettes, 8-tracks)?

A lot.

Do you download music, and if so, legally or illegally?

I download a lot of music from iTunes. So, yeah, it's legal.

What was the first album you owned?

Michael Jackson, Thriller. I still love that album. Side note: I hate all the remixes and remakes on the new anniversary edition of the album.

What song would you like to have played at your funeral?

I don't know ... maybe something by Radiohead.

Musically speaking, what do you love that your friends don't know about? What's your favorite guilty pleasure?

My current guilty pleasure is "See You Again" by Miley Cyrus. Sad!

What band or artist changed your life, and how?

Björk is probably my all-time favorite artist. I love her. She has influenced me so much, because I don't think of her as just a musician; I think of her as an artist. She has the whole package. Everything she does is so creative and innovative.

Figurative gun to your head, what is your favorite album of all time?

That's tough. I would say Björk, Post.
