May Day March

The May 1 Coalition, reminding us that it's perfectly acceptable to get radical as often as possible, bring us the May 1 gathering every year. This year, on Friday, May 1, the march starts at 5 p.m. at Santa Rita Park at 22nd Street and Fourth Avenue and goes to Mirasol Park at 29th Street and Mountain Avenue. The themes at this year's march are the Fight for $15 and union for al all workers, stopping deportations and family unity and border violence and of course, more. There's always more. There will be food, music and speakers. For more info, go to derechoshumanosaz.net.
