Love, Revolution and a Cracked Skull: Trotsky in Mexico

Discover Leon Trotsky's ideas about poetry; the Russian Revolution; love between revolutionaries, including his dalliance with Frida Kahlo; and his last moments before his assassination, in a lecture hosted by the UA college of Humanities, Russian and Slavic Department, at 7 p.m., Friday, Oct. 11. A reception featuring salsa, chips and Sangria begins at 6:15 p.m., and a fiesta follows the presentation.
