Kitt Peak's .9 Meter Telescope Opens to the Public
Astronomy education specialists give an overview of what's in the night sky, and participants look through the 38-inch WIYN Consortium Research Telescope, starting at 5:30 p.m. each evening, Friday through Sunday, June 21 through 23; $139 includes a sit-down dinner at the Kitt Peak dining hall, $129 for members. Only 20 seats are available each night, and reservations are required. Call to register and for more information.
