Janine Hernbrode and Peter Boyle: Hohokam Petroglyphs

A place of special significance to the late Preclassic Hohokam is located at the base of the western slope of the Santa Catalina Mountains. It features evidence of ceremonial significance, and more than 3,000 prehistoric petroglyphs.
