Tucson's Office of Conservation and Sustainable Development and the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Tucson host a workshop and expo featuring information about utility rebates, the latest in energy and water conservation, and ways to reduce waste, energy and water use from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 18.
