Unwind on Thursday evenings with a free Hatha yoga class led by Sandi Fox, RN, RYT. Hatha yoga, also known as "gentle yoga," will help you feel looser, longer/taller and more relaxed. All ages and levels of yoga experience are welcome. Bringing a yoga mat is recommended.
