Featuring more than 100 wines by the glass and some of the best cuts of meat you’ll find anywhere, the Tucson location of the Fleming’s chain is a great place for an upscale dinner—if money is no object. The steaks are prepared exactly how you order them, and the atmosphere is elegant, if a bit noisy. Just make sure you bring a lot of cash (or credit)—Fleming’s à la carte-style menu is far from cheap. (12-16-04)
