The only problem with this northeast side bar and grill is that there isn't a beach nearby. Although after a few cold brews and a couple of tacos, you may just hear the faint sound of waves crashing on the shore. The food here is down-to-earth, and there are plenty of seafood choices. From the oysters Ensenada on the starter menu to the clever pangas—grilled romaine lettuce boats, Fini’s does it right. There are 15 different tacos on the menu, and as with any great beach bar, the beers are varied and served ice cold. (10-10-13)
