Classes at Williams-Sonoma

Free cooking-technique classes take place at 10 a.m. on the following Sundays: June 6: "Steak." June 13: "Sticks, Skewers and Satays." June 27: "Fresh to Frozen: Summer Desserts." July 11: "Farm to Table." July 18: "Summer Sauces." July 25: Learn how to save summer flavors at "Saving Summer." The classes are 45 minutes each. Additional cooking classes take place from 6 to 8 p.m., on the following Tuesdays: June 22: "Creative Barbecue Fare." July 13: "Summer Fruit Desserts." Aug. 10: "Essentials of Healthful Cooking: Small Plates." Aug. 24: "Asian-Inspired Hors D'oeuvres." $45 each. Reservations are required for all classes. Call for reservations or more information.
