Led by bilingual poet Logan Phillips, Verbobala presents Sonoran Strange, a multimedia performance piece celebrating the varied histories of Arizona, at 9:30 p.m., Friday, Oct. 18; $5, free for ages 2 and younger. Nemcatacoa Teatro presents the Landscape Reinvention Society, a mobile spectacle of street performers and acrobats from Columbia interacting with the people and spaces around them, at 3 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 19; free.
