Beyond Hearing Aids: Implantable Devices, Tinnitus and Much More 

When: Fri., Jan. 7, 1 p.m. and Sat., Jan. 8, 10 a.m. 2011
A workshop focusing on cochlear implants, bone-anchored hearing aids, tinnitus and medical approaches to managing hearing loss takes place from 1 to 4:30 p.m., Friday, Jan. 7. Free. RSVP is required by Thursday, Jan. 6. The workshop takes place again from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 8, at the UA Speech, Language and Hearing Building (1131 E. Second St.).
