The whole range of tortillas is delicioso here, but the Anita Street gorditas are the best. They're made with cottage cheese and are lightly salted, slightly chewy, tender and always warm—because they sell out before they have time to cool down. Most tortillas are an accompaniment to a meal, but these are perfectly satisfying on their own. We always get a couple of extra bags, because the first bag never makes it home. Sometimes we take them right outside to the little picnic table in the garden on the property, and savor them on the spot.
