Nimbus Brewing Company has been dishing out cold, delicious brews for more than a decade here in Southern Arizona. Their six standbys include Dirty Guera blonde ale, Pale Ale, Red Ale, Brown Ale, Old Monkey Shine and Oatmeal Stout (which, if you're lucky, you can find nitrogenated on tap at the brewery). You can find their great local beers at an increasing number of establishments around town, so the next time you're out, put that mass-brewed swill down, and pick up a real beer.
