During a star-studded evening each year, the Humane Society of Southern Arizona's Puttin' on the Dog event raises funds for the homeless animals in our community. Local celebrities model stylish fashions from local shops and party with their pets in tow. You're bound to see some cute animal duds, or even a flashy red-feather boa draped around a posh pet. Delicious hors d'oeuvres from Tucson Originals restaurants keep mouths from wagging, and live entertainment keeps the event hopping. Silent and live auctions feature pet-related products--and even the chance for Rover to be a centerfold in the Hot Dogs of Tucson calendar.
