Head up to Firebirds, and you'll quickly be transported to Colorado--that is, if your idea of Colorado is a large, luxurious, dimly lit log cabin that also serves high-class comfort food. With offerings like meatloaf and crab cakes, Firebirds will make you feel right at home. And if the food isn't enough, the restaurant is full of warm colors, comfortable seats and exposed wood: It's enough to make you feel like there might be snow falling outside on a moose. Or something. Yeah, it's part of a chain, but Firebirds is a great dinner spot with an inviting atmosphere--and the staff is nice enough that they might just let you take a nap there if you ask nicely.
