Readers' Pick: We punched "nouvelle cuisine" into our pocket French-Arizonan translator and it gave us "killer grub." The funny thing is that we're sure that Janos Wilder wouldn't mind that at all. The unpretentious Wilder is one of the most famous chefs in the entire country, but he's down to earth and likable as can be. His food, in contrast, is heavenly. We still hate the fact that the Tucson Museum of Art drove him out of downtown. Even though he knew he would probably be even more profitable up the hills, he fought to stay downtown, and we love him for that.
