Primo might make a person feel a bit bush-league; it's located inside a swanky resort high atop a desert hill, overlooking where most Tucsonans actually live--but pay no heed to those thoughts. The upscale eatery whips together a mojito that will make you forget all of this. With an on-site organic garden a step outside the dining room, the mint at Primo is as fresh as it's going to get. And since this Cuban highball is nothing but rum and carbonated water without that mint, this is a very, very good thing.
