Who can even say what "modern cuisine" means in 2014, but while Feast offers interesting and innovative dishes, what makes the place great isn't really a sense of the operation being particular "modern." Not to say it isn't, however. More that Doug Levy is a man who makes the most of the opportunity to serve hungry customers six days a week, providing a variety of salads, sandwiches, main courses and desserts, with the common theme, a sense of the season and fresh ingredients. Sure, let's go ahead and throw on the "modern" tag, but we'll just settle for calling Feast "delicious."
