Using the word fusion doesn't quite do Downtown Kitchen + Cocktail's menu justice. However, it's hard not to think of the word with fare that spans nearly every continent, especially in the summer months when the kitchen works on Around the Globe menus that go from Vietnam to Jamaica to Russia and more. While the cuisine might be eclectic, reflecting the ever globalized society in which we live, the cooking and ingredients used are always local—and spot on.
