READERS' PICK: Whether your little one is into swing, country, go-go, or soul music, you can find the perfect little khakis for him or her at Baby Gap. Does he or she dream of being dressed up in Madonna's love? Head to Gap Kids for that sweet little tech vest. Baby Gap/Gap Kids has a great mix of trendy streetwear for infants to teens, as well as lots of comfortable, serviceable basics like jeans, shorts, skirts, tees, blouses, underclothes, outerwear, shoes, hairbands, hats, sweats, socks...the works. The stores are laid out so that even the strollerbound can fit through the aisles and into the dressing rooms. There are little televisions with cartoons in the back near the aforementioned dressing rooms, should your little one require entertainment or extra stimulation while you shop. The budget-conscious should always make a beeline to the sales racks located near the dressing/cartoon center, where there are great bargains to be had. Remember this when you have an 11th-hour birthday party shopping trip looming large!

MORE MANIA: Free Jersey Night At The Sidewinders Games, Tucson Electric Park, 2500 E. Ajo Way. As soon as you walk in through the gate after paying for your ticket, people who work for the Sidewinders hand you a free, very cool baseball shirt in your size. It kind of looks like the ones the team wears, except for all of the advertising stuff on the back. Anyway, they're cool and they're free and you don't have to go shopping with your mom and try on a bunch of stuff that looks weird on you. (Aljosha Owen, age 13).
