In the 1920s, most everything gay was underground. Today, however, people at gay bars like IBT's have no reason to hide. Take popular drag queen Janee Star, who performs there regularly. At well more than 6 feet tall, there's no hiding her even if you tried. Star demands attention as she performs, kicking high and dancing fast. The crowd that spills out of IBT's at closing on most weekend nights is equally memorable. It's full of beautiful men and women who take their homosexuality seriously. Tucson's hottest gay bar has dancing, drinks, DJs, video games and a delightful back patio for catching up with friends. Welcome to 2005--it's 'bout time.
