These little goodies come with every dish at this wonderful downtown Spanish restaurant. French fries almost pale in comparison. The potatoes come to the table sizzling hot; two sauces—a tangy aioli and a Tabasco-like red one—are there for dipping. Of course, Casa Vicente also offers a tapas menu which would easily win Best Tapas if there were such a Best of Tucson® category. The tapas—should you choose to go that way with your meal, and we recommend you do, because the choices are so interesting, and the flavors are so deep and savory—will have you dreaming about small plates for days afterward. On most evenings, Casa Vicente offers live entertainment, and on Wednesdays, you can learn to tango.
